1. The service

HumanPulse, operated by Advanced Management Solutions (“AMS”, “we”), provides clinical calculators, decision rules and evidence summaries for healthcare professionals and medical education.

2. Medical disclaimer

HumanPulse is a clinical decision-support and educational platform. Results must be interpreted in the context of the individual patient and current clinical guidance. HumanPulse does not provide medical advice, does not establish a clinician–patient relationship and does not replace professional medical judgment. You remain solely responsible for clinical decisions.

3. Eligibility and accounts

The service is intended for healthcare professionals and students. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

Do not enter patient-identifying information (names, dates of birth, record numbers or similar) into HumanPulse. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape at scale or misuse the service or its API.

5. Subscriptions and billing

All calculators are free. Optional paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Clinical content

We aim to keep content accurate and current, but medical knowledge changes and errors are possible. Each tool shows its version, references and review status. Please report suspected errors so we can correct them.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and AMS is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any decision made using the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Canada.
